Growing up in eastern Jackson County taught founding attorney Cyril Wrabec the values of hard work, honesty and commitment to community.  After graduating from St. Mary's High School in Independence, Cyril's love of aviation led him to earn a Bachelor of Aeronautic Sciences in Commercial Aviation from the University of North Dakota. Determined to become a professional pilot, Cyril was able to obtain his Commercial and Flight Instructor Pilot Certificates, while juggling the heavy academic load of his degree program. His determination paid off when he secured positions as a corporate pilot flying Cessna Citation business jets and as a contract pilot making sales ferry flights across North America.

A Change of Course

After a few years as a corporate pilot, Cyril decided to attend law school and apply his education to help others. After graduating from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law, he passed the Missouri Bar and founded Wrabec Law in Eastern Jackson County. He applied the same drive that helped him accomplish his aviation goals to realize his vision of a boutique law firm that would provide personalized to attention along with top-notch legal services to the community he still calls home. 

From its beginnings as a small firm dedicated to helping clients navigate different areas of law, especially DWI and criminal charges, After fielding ongoing request for help with injury and accident claims, Wrabec Law added personal injury representation to its portfolio of services. To date, the firm has helped numerous clients recover millions in damages.
